Dr. Rudy S. Melson is the man! He’s worked tirelessly to help me with my claim.

During the process of submitting my claim, there were a lot of nuanced points and questions that I had and I could always rely on Rudy to answer them. He’s always advocated for me with the VA, and helped push things forward when the VA was slow. He has so much experience with claims and appeals, that on many occasions he’d know of ways to do things that likely no one else would know. For example, I was having issues at one point getting a certain section of my STR–and when it became clear the VA wasn’t moving forward with that, Rudy found a workaround that got me that record in about a week!
